Online Ventures is seeking an energetic, analytically-minded graphic designer who thrives on creativity and values feedback as a means to improve and refine designs for targeted markets. A strong desire to understand a client’s target market and the ability to translate designs into profitable campaigns is essential!

Our Digital Agency is relatively new, but we’ve already built a reputable list of well-known clients, including Taman Warisan, Palm Gardens IOI, Mysoft, Andaman Medical, LED Advantage, Bristol Academy, and more.

We are currently based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and offer a modern work schedule that allows staff to work from home. We believe that the energy spent on commuting is better used for advancing our clients’ marketing campaigns.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graphic Designer, your role is to produce high-quality work on time that enhances the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You must be goal-oriented and capable of translating your designs across different marketing segments. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their unique attributes, helping them stand out in a crowded marketplace. We value data and expect you to have a keen interest in using data to achieve measurable results.

• Gain expert knowledge of a client’s industry, business, products, and services, providing added value by offering new insights to advance the client’s position.
• Demonstrate a desire to excel. We value competitive individuals who perform at their best consistently, not just occasionally.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong work experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency or brand, preferably as an Account or Marketing Strategist or an equivalent role. We are seeking someone who can create and maintain a marketing strategy, not merely manage client relations.
• At least one year of experience in a graphic design role.
• Solid understanding of UI design and its application to internet technologies.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Affinity, and other design software.
• Required skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, video/photo editing.
• Experience with WordPress, Divi Themes, Beaver Builder, Visual Composer is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS in website design is a plus.
